1. What products do you stock?

We supply a comprehensive range of high-quality car keys, picks, key programming tools and essential automotive locksmith accessories, all tested and trusted by professionals in the trade. Every product we offer is one our own locksmiths use with confidence. We specialise in exclusively automotive locksmith products and do not supply products related to residential locksmithing.

2. Do you only sell to locksmiths?

Yes, our tools are tailored for professional automotive locksmiths and technicians. We do not sell to the general public.

3. How fast is delivery?

Delivery speed depends on the shipping option selected at check-out. We offer UK-wide shipping, with next-day delivery available on most products. Orders placed before 2pm are dispatched the same day. We currently do not ship outside of the UK.

4. Do you offer technical support?

Yes. As experienced locksmiths, we are pleased to offer limited practical advice on the use of tools purchased from us. While we do not provide phone support, we respond to online enquiries promptly and do our best to help you get the most from your purchase. Support is limited to products supplied by us and does not cover general training or tool modifications. Please ensure before purchasing a key that it matches your vehicle and that you have the equipment to programme it.

5. What’s your returns policy?

We accept returns for unused items in their original packaging within 28 days. Faulty products are replaced or refunded quickly. Read the full policy here: Returns Policy.

6. Are your products covered by warranty?

Yes, most tools and programming devices come with a manufacturer’s warranty. If you are concerned about a product being faulty, please contact us.

7. Do you offer bulk discounts?

Yes. Please get in touch for trade pricing or bulk-order discounts.

While we do not run formal training, we can signpost trusted training partners or offer guidance based on our experience.

9. Do you have a loyalty programme?

Not at the moment. As a new business, we are focused on delivering a reliable range and great service. A loyalty programme is planned for the future.
